1. Who we are

[Cleveri Ltd] ("Cleveri", "we") provides Elastic Engineering Capacity for software teams. This policy explains how we collect and use personal data when you visit our website, contact us or use Cleveri.

For website, sales and account data, Cleveri is the controller. Registered office: [address]. Contact: privacy@cleveri.ai.

2. Controller and processor roles

When your organisation uses Cleveri, the source code, work items and other content it connects ("Customer Content") may contain personal data, such as names in commit history. For Customer Content, your organisation is the controller and Cleveri acts as its processor, under our Data Processing Addendum. Questions about that data should go to your organisation first.

For Cleveri Private, Customer Content is processed in your own infrastructure and does not need to reach Cleveri. [Confirm support and telemetry data flows]

5. AI models and Customer Content

To run Engineering Jobs, Cleveri sends relevant Customer Content to the AI models your organisation configures: your own keys or gateway, or Cleveri-provided models. Those providers process it under their own terms and, where Cleveri provides the model, under our agreement with them.

We do not use Customer Content to train AI models, and we choose Cleveri-provided model services that do not train on it. [Confirm]

6. Who we share it with

  • Service providers who host, operate and support the Service (our subprocessors), listed at [subprocessor list link].
  • AI model providers, as described in section 5.
  • Payment, email and analytics providers.

8. How long we keep it

We keep account and billing data while your account is active and for as long as needed afterwards for legal and accounting purposes. Customer Content is deleted within [30] days of account closure, unless your agreement says otherwise. Contact form enquiries are kept for up to [24 months].

9. Cookies

Our website uses essential cookies to work, and with your consent, analytics cookies to understand how it is used. You can change your choices at any time in [cookie settings].
